Professional Equality
Why this indicator?
Since March 1, 2020, all companies with more than 50 employees have been legally obliged to publish the gender professional equality index. This index makes it possible to assess companies’ efforts in terms of equal pay and access to career development.
How is it calculated?
The gender equality index is a score out of 100 based on several criteria:
- The gender pay gap.
- The gap in individual pay rises.
- Non-discrimination in pay for women returning from maternity leave.
- Representation of women among the company’s ten highest earners.
Our results in 2024
We are pursuing our actions in favor of professional equality, and in 2025 will post an Index 2024 of 95 out of 100.
This score reflects our daily commitment to parity and pay equity.
We are proud of this progress and will continue our efforts to maintain and improve our commitment to professional equality in 2025.

Does Applium require a Code of Conduct from its suppliers ?
Applium places particular importance on equality and parity, which is why all suppliers are required to adhere to a Code of Conduct covering human rights, environmental standards, ethics, and control procedures.
How does Applium assess its carbon footprint ?
A carbon assessment is conducted each year, covering scopes 1, 2, and 3. In 2022, we exceeded the Science Based Target Initiative (SBTi) goals for two indicators: economic intensity was reduced by 12% (vs. a 7% target) and intensity per employee by 8% (vs. a 7% target).
In 2023, our carbon footprint was 1,379 tonnes of CO2e, a reduction of 23% compared to 2022.
Is there a way to submit alerts ?
A reporting system for violations and threats is available as part of our compliance measures. This system can be used internally or externally via [email protected].
Has a materiality matrix been established ?
Our CSR priorities guide Applium’s actions in alignment with industry standards.
Does Applium have CSR governance ?
A CSR operational committee meets regularly. CSR strategy is led by Management, which engages employees around the company’s vision.
