SAP AG confirms the expertise of Applium’s SAP Maintenance and Support Center (CSM), dedicated to providing maintenance and support services for SAP customers, by renewing its certification as part of the Partner Center of Expertise (PCoE) program.
The PCoE program, launched by SAP worldwide, aims to guarantee the quality of support services provided by SAP’s distribution partners (VARs). This involves SAP AG carrying out in-depth audits of the organization, processes and tools.
An important prerequisite is the certification by SAP of the partner’s consultants in all the technical and functional areas concerned by support. Another important prerequisite is the advanced use of SAP Solution Manager, and in particular its proactive monitoring of customer environments.
This new certification attests to the ability of Applium teams to provide SAP support services that meet the requirements and quality standards imposed by SAP AG.
The Applium SAP Support and Maintenance Center now comprises 28 technical and functional SAP experts, providing level 1 and 2 support operations (level 3 is provided by SAP), high value-added Corrective and Evolutive TMA services, and Third-Party Maintenance (TME) services. The CSM Applium teams are based in Clichy and Lyon.
