For the 7th consecutive year, SAP renews the PCoE "Partner Center of Expertise" certification for Applium's SAP Center of Support and Maintenance (CSM).
Following an extensive and increasingly stringent audit, SAP reaffirms its recognition of CSM Applium's teams and organization's capability to provide this vendor maintenance, all while adhering to the standards and quality requirements set by the vendor. With this certification, the vendor enables Applium's experienced consultant teams to carry out the entirety of resale and maintenance services (Level 1 and Level 2) for its entire range of On-Premise solutions* until June 30, 2025.
Strong Commitments for the PCoE Partner
The PCoE certification includes value-added prerequisites:
- Mandatory connection of all SAP maintenance contract customers to the Solman monitoring platform (latest version)
- Mandatory certification of consultants on all sold and supported products
- Provision of demo systems covering all products and versions maintained or resold under partner contracts
- An internal incident message and tracking system as well as communication with all contracted clients
- Clear escalation procedure and all information and contacts of maintained client systems for immediate response if needed.
