As a SAP user client, you may increasingly struggle to access the full range of expertise required for the maintenance and evolution of your SAP environments. The SAP offering has significantly expanded and requires the intervention of varied and experienced functional and technical profiles, whose skills are challenging to maintain in-house or even find in the market.
Additionally, addressing some needs may require very occasional assistance, sometimes just a few hours. Traditional intervention methods do not adequately meet these needs.
In response to these challenges, Applium, an integrator dedicated to SAP solutions, has established a Support and Maintenance Center (CSM) that allows clients to benefit from a complete range of SAP service offerings billed on a consumption basis (by the hour) with no volume commitment.

Corrective Maintenance
Ensuring compliance of the solution following the detection of anomalies reported by solution users in relation to the General Functional Specifications reference.
Evolutionary Maintenance
Addressing new user needs such as configuration changes, the implementation of new functionalities, or specific new developments (with a priority on remaining within SAP standards).
Mini-Projects
These are enhancements requiring a business process overhaul and/or impacting multiple SAP modules. Generally, any enhancement requiring more than 10 days of intervention is treated as a “Mini-Project.”
Environment Management
Handling all administration and system operation tasks to keep SAP environments updated and functioning optimally.
Authorization Management
Centralizing all role and user authorization updates to ensure compliance with your separation of duties rules.
User Support (Help Desk)
Real-time access to SAP functional and technical experts to promptly address SAP user requests.
The implementation of these services enables Applium’s SAP CSM clients to :
- Access a multi-skilled team in real-time, covering all functional and technical topics related to SAP or third-party solutions (senior profiles with an average of over 9 years of SAP experience).
- Control budgets with “On-Demand” services billed based on usage or as part of fixed-price agreements.
- Utilize dashboards and metrics to monitor and manage the service delivery and commitments made by Applium.
Applium’s commitments and the levels of service delivered are adaptable to client expectations in terms of request processing responsiveness and the scope of services desired. Interventions can be conducted remotely or on-site. Billing can be structured as monthly or annual packages or on a time-spent basis, starting at the hourly rate.

SAP Vendor Maintenance
As a VAR (Value-Added Reseller) for SAP and Business Objects solutions, Applium offers SAP support to its clients and serves as the first level of expertise. Applium is SAP PCoE (Partner Center of Expertise Certification) certified, a certification mandated by SAP globally and effective since January 1, 2012. SAP support is provided by Applium’s CSM (same teams as AMS and OMS).
