Electronic invoicing

Electronic invoicing

In many countries around the world, with the aim of reducing fraud, governments are setting up legal e-Invoicing and e-Reporting obligations that require certain documents (invoices, delivery notes, debit notes, credit notes, etc.) to be available and transmitted electronically to the tax authorities.

Applium meets the legal requirements for mandatory electronic invoicing in France and in many other countries around the world, with a team of experts who can support you at every stage of your digitalization projects:

  • They provide you with the business and methodological advice you need to frame and prepare your project, whatever your level of maturity;
  • They implement the chosen solutions in your context, applying a proven methodology;
  • Our dedicated TMA teams are there to support you once your solutions have gone live, to ensure their maintenance and evolution.

Our team of experts covers all the dimensions of an e-invoicing project, including:

  • French regulations and e-invoicing specifications defined by the AIFE (Applium has been taking part in AIFE meetings since the reform was announced)
  • Regulations in many European and international countries
  • Functional purchasing, sales and accounting processes in SAP ERP (AP Automation, AR automation, P2P exchanges, O2C exchanges…)
  • SAP and OpenText technologies required (Abap, Idocs…)
  • Licensing rules for proposed solutions

Applium’s 15 years’ experience in implementing dematerialization and archiving solutions for supplier invoices and the high level of seniority of its consultants, grouped together in a dedicated centre of expertise, are essential assets for the success of your e-invoicing projects.
