Developed by Applium, ARS is fully modular and perfectly integrated with SAP HR, PS or even PM (SAP ECC6 or SAP S/4HANA). Based exclusively on the SAP Fiori interface, ARS facilitates the user experience with modern, intuitive ergonomics.

The ” Employee Management ” application simplifies the hiring, skills assignment and integration of new employees into HR. With ” Resource Planning ” you can assign PS cases to employees, search for the most suitable resources, and notify employees by email thanks to integration with Microsoft Outlook and Google Calendar, as well as create unavailabilities. The ” Workload Plan ” application lets you visualize employee workloads, planned and to-be-planned requirements, while highlighting any overloads thanks to a clear graphical view. Finally, ” Annual Business Review ” provides an overview of business created, launched or closed during the year, facilitating effective strategic management.
