A2C is positioned as a hub in SAP for exchanges with the various e-invoicing players, and offers a standard solution for interfacing Generix PDP with SAP ECC6 and SAP S/4HANA solutions (On Premise and RISE).

  • Rental of a service covering the right of use and maintenance (and the infrastructure for the Generix PDP part).
  • Initial contractual commitment of 3 years, tacitly renewable for successive periods of 12 months.
  • Tapering rate based on annual volume of invoices processed. The first bracket starts at 12,000 invoices/year.
  • All invoice types are treated in the same way.
  • We make no distinction between invoices sent via e-invoicing or e-reporting.
  • In the particular case of consolidated e-reporting flows, each flow is considered to be the equivalent of an invoice. For example, if a hundred B2C transactions are consolidated in a single e-reporting flow, only one flow will be counted.
  • The number of legal entities has no impact on the subscription.

The GenerixByApplium offer is marketed as an annual subscription covering, in a single contract, the PDP part (Generix) and the Generix connector for SAP (A2C). The only metric is the volume of invoices received, issued or declared by e-reporting. The terms and conditions are as follows:
